P&C Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Claims Adjusters, the full-time remote First Party MP/PIP Claims Supervisor will oversee the claims process to ensure efficiency and accuracy while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and manage a team of claims adjusters, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process
• Develop and implement coaching techniques to maximize individual and team productivity and performance
• Monitor claims activities, identify trends, and implement strategies to enhance claims handling efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Current National Experience with First Party Injury MP/PIP
• 5+ years of auto claims and/or casualty handling experience required
• Knowledge of common industry claims systems and vendor products (e.g., Guidewire, Copart)
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and develop team members
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
