Job Summary
To enhance digital claims experiences, the remote contract P&C Content Writer will develop and refine user-centered content for claims processes, ensuring clarity and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit content for digital claims experiences, including intake and status tracking
- Create member-facing communications such as notifications, articles, and promotional content
- Translate complex P&C insurance and claims processes into clear, user-friendly messaging
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional writing/content experience
- Direct experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
- Claims experience, including familiarity with claims processes and workflows
- Ability to simplify complex insurance concepts into clear content
- Experience writing for customer/member-facing digital experiences
