Key Responsibilities

• Oversee direct bill reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the team's work
• Coordinate with management to set team targets, monitor KPIs, and manage workload distribution
• Provide training and coaching to Direct Bill Analysts and support process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent education/experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of direct bill reconciliation platforms is a plus
