Job Summary

To support the growth of the Agency Development team, the remote Agency Success Partner will onboard, train, and develop agents while providing administrative support and enhancing business partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to agency distribution strategy and goals by providing administrative support
• Build relationships with agents and partners to drive collaboration and enhance business partnerships
• Create and understand the training curriculum needed for agents

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or service
• Active P&C Insurance license required
• Basic understanding of Salesforce and G Suite
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop processes that drive partners' success
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
