Job Summary

P&C Insurance Assistant Manager, a full-time remote position supporting the Yacht Brokerage division by liaising between Underwriters and retail Agents, processing business transactions, and maintaining documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to communications while upholding service expectations
  • Prepare and process new business, renewals, and policy changes
  • Maintain electronic files and support relationships with agents and underwriters
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a professional office environment
  • P&C Insurance licensing preferred, required within 90 days of hire
  • Technological competence with various software programs
  • Ability to multi-task and manage seasonal business spikes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
