P&C Insurance Assistant Manager, a full-time remote position supporting the Yacht Brokerage division by liaising between Underwriters and retail Agents, processing business transactions, and maintaining documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to communications while upholding service expectations
- Prepare and process new business, renewals, and policy changes
- Maintain electronic files and support relationships with agents and underwriters
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience in a professional office environment
- P&C Insurance licensing preferred, required within 90 days of hire
- Technological competence with various software programs
- Ability to multi-task and manage seasonal business spikes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
