Job Summary

P&C Insurance Business Analyst, responsible for leading full-time remote policy administration implementations, translating business requirements into actionable solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for P&C insurance policy administration implementations
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and workflows
  • Conduct impact analysis and maintain traceability across requirements, testing, and implementation deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • 8 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst in Property & Casualty insurance environments
  • Strong expertise in P&C insurance operations including Policy, Rating, and Underwriting
  • Experience interpreting ISO and NCCI circulars and translating regulatory changes into business requirements
  • Hands-on experience with policy administration platforms such as Majesco, Guidewire, or Duck Creek
  • Strong Agile delivery experience including backlog management and sprint planning
