P&C Insurance Business Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote P&C Insurance Business Analyst will participate in planning, design, and development of business systems while gathering and analyzing data to support organizational functions and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with business unit leadership and stakeholders to define system requirements and identify issues
• Collaborate with Digital Service teams to ensure compatibility of systems and coordinate testing for new and modified applications
• Provide documentation and training materials for end users regarding system modifications and new implementations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in P&C Insurance
• Experience in the design and implementation of software solutions for underwriting, financial, or claims applications
• Familiarity with Duck Creek Policy or similar platforms supporting P&C insurance
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct research into systems issues
• Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
