P&C Insurance Data Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between raw data and business insights, the full-time remote P&C Insurance Data Analytics Engineer will design, build, and govern analytics-ready data assets across the P&C insurance value chain, partnering with stakeholders to deliver trusted reporting and analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and develop scalable analytics solutions
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI platforms like Sigma or Power BI
• Define and enforce data governance standards while ensuring data accuracy and reliability

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering within the insurance industry
• Strong experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake, and transformation tools like dbt
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of dimensional modeling and ELT processes
• Experience building dashboards in BI platforms such as Sigma or Power BI
