P&C Insurance Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making in the P&C insurance sector, the full-time remote P&C Insurance Data Analytics Engineer will design, build, and govern analytics-ready data assets while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver trusted reporting and analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and design scalable analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports
• Design and maintain data models and pipelines within a Snowflake/dbt architecture to support self-service analytics
• Define data governance standards and validate data outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering within the insurance industry
• Strong experience with BI platforms such as Sigma or Power BI
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and data integration methods
