P&C Insurance Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of large-scale insurance transformation programs, the full-time remote Client Delivery Manager - P&C Insurance will manage cross-functional technical teams, ensure high-quality delivery, and drive engineering best practices throughout core system implementations and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple workstreams, managing development, integration, and testing teams
• Ensure adherence to architecture and design standards while collaborating with architects to resolve technical challenges
• Establish delivery governance frameworks and manage risks related to technology and resources in complex program environments

Required qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in technology delivery with a proven track record in large-scale enterprise environments
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale insurance programs, particularly with platforms like Duck Creek
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance systems, including policy, billing, and claims processes
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments, including CI/CD and automated delivery pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
