Required Qualifications

• P&C insurance license
• Ability to switch between sales-focused and servicing responsibilities
• Experience in consultative selling and managing high-volume customer interactions
• BA/BS in English, Communication, or comparable work experience
• Comfort using CRM and sales support tools
