Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote P&C Insurance Sales Agent will sell auto and homeowners insurance policies, assist prospects in comparing coverage options, and foster long-term customer relationships through effective cross-selling strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist prospects in comparing carrier and policy alternatives to secure the right coverage at an affordable rate
- Quote and sell through multiple insurance carriers and the EZLynx quoting platform
- Participate in daily sales huddles to prepare for the day and review key successes or opportunities
Required qualifications
- Currently hold a resident state P&C Insurance license; additional non-resident licenses are a plus
- Proven track record of success in a contact center sales role
- Experience selling multiple insurance products, including auto and home insurance
- Familiarity with the EZLynx platform preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and meet sales goals consistently
