P&C Licensed Account Executive

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Personal Lines Account Executive will manage personal lines accounts, deliver exceptional service to clients and agents, and support the growth of profitable business in alignment with company policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Quote all available markets within established policies and procedures
• Interact positively with assigned company partner marketing and underwriting teams to foster successful partnerships
• Support the implementation of personal marketing strategies and contribute to the attainment of premium goals

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager/Executive with knowledge of admitted and surplus lines personal policies
• P&C producer license required
• Strong understanding of surplus lines requirements and underwriting criteria
• Proficient with AMS360 or other agency management systems and Microsoft Office programs
• Sales and marketing mindset with the ability to coach and influence sub-producers
