Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President, Agency Distribution to lead and enhance General Agency operations and third-party distribution strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee General Agency operations, including sales, service, and carrier optimization
  • Lead strategic agency programs and coordinate across multiple distribution channels
  • Develop and empower teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex sales and agency operations
  • Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships within insurance distribution
  • Strong leadership experience in coaching high-performing teams
  • Ability to drive performance metrics across distribution channels
  • 8-10+ years of experience in insurance or financial services with progressive leadership responsibility
Education & Licensing
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
  • Additional industry certifications (e.g., CLU, ChFC, CPCU) preferred
