Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President, Agency Distribution to lead and enhance General Agency operations and third-party distribution strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee General Agency operations, including sales, service, and carrier optimization
- Lead strategic agency programs and coordinate across multiple distribution channels
- Develop and empower teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in leading complex sales and agency operations
- Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships within insurance distribution
- Strong leadership experience in coaching high-performing teams
- Ability to drive performance metrics across distribution channels
- 8-10+ years of experience in insurance or financial services with progressive leadership responsibility
Education & Licensing
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Additional industry certifications (e.g., CLU, ChFC, CPCU) preferred
