P&C Licensed Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in desk management and client relationship development
• Manage customer service tasks, including policy renewals, endorsements, and certificate requests
• Assist in maintaining agency management systems and ensure compliance with servicing standards

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
• Possess a current and active Property & Casualty license
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in technology-based tools and Microsoft applications
