P&C Licensed Associate Broker

Job Summary

Supporting a broking team, the full-time Commercial Lines Associate Broker II will analyze client programs, negotiate with insurance carriers, and develop customized risk solutions while working remotely or from preferred locations in Arizona.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze clients' existing programs and formulate customized risk solution recommendations
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to drive revenue development and enhance client product density
• Assist in the timely production of documentation and support proposal development for clients

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices and processes preferred
• Advanced industry designation(s) (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) a plus
• Experience with Epic (agency management system) is a plus
