Job Summary
Managing small business renewal accounts, the full-time remote P&C Licensed Associate Client Manager will evaluate insurance needs, facilitate the renewal process, and ensure effective risk management solutions to meet clients' financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the exclusive point of contact for all client renewal processes
- Facilitate policy marketing, quoting, and underwriting for renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and managing policy changes
Required qualifications
- Current P&C license
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance
- A Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
