Managing small business renewal accounts, the full-time remote P&C Licensed Associate Client Manager will evaluate insurance needs, facilitate the renewal process, and ensure effective risk management solutions to meet clients' financial goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the exclusive point of contact for all client renewal processes
  • Facilitate policy marketing, quoting, and underwriting for renewals
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and managing policy changes
Required qualifications
  • Current P&C license
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance
  • A Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
