P&C Licensed Brokerage Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the brokerage team remotely, the full-time P&C Licensed Brokerage Analyst will research opportunities, negotiate coverage terms, and maintain underwriting files while ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering strong partnerships with agents and carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate submissions for acceptability and negotiate coverage terms
• Gather and maintain organized underwriting files and assess risks within established authority
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and research market data for informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• Active P&C and Surplus Lines licenses (or ability to obtain within 45 days)
• Understanding of state-specific statutes and insurance regulations
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to insurance needs
• 2+ years of related insurance experience or an undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Preferred experience in Commercial Lines insurance
