P&C Licensed Brokerage Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Placement Service Representative to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to retail agent service inquiries and process various policy-related requests
• Issue and deliver Certificates of Insurance and verify accuracy prior to delivery
• Collaborate with brokers and carrier contacts to resolve service issues and escalate non-routine requests

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance work experience
• Active P&C and Surplus lines licenses (or ability to obtain within 45 days)
• 1-2 years of commercial lines insurance experience, preferably in small commercial servicing
• Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, CPCU, or equivalent are preferred
