Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated full-time P&C Licensed Business Development Officer to hunt for and close new business while retaining and growing key clients in the Midwest, focusing on achieving annual revenue objectives through consultative sales and building a portfolio aligned with strategic growth goals.
Key responsibilities
- Achieves annual revenue objectives through consultative sales to new clients and renewal of existing policies
- Builds an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads through cold calling and networking
- Markets and sells specialized financial products, including domestic and export credit insurance, to corporations within assigned regions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial, banking, or insurance solutions
- Experience in Trade Credit Insurance is a plus
- Must possess cold-calling skills and be accustomed to a fast-paced environment
- Possession of a P&C License or ability to obtain one within 60 days of start date
