Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Advocate to manage various insurance claim matters for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and guide clients on new losses, ensuring appropriate steps are taken to mitigate damage
- File claims under the correct policies and communicate preliminary coverage opinions to clients
- Advocate for clients throughout the claims process, maintaining an active diary and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Valid P&C Brokers' license is required
- 3 - 5+ years of multi-line claims handling experience, preferably in brokerage
- Advanced knowledge of Property & Casualty coverage
- College degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
