Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Advocate to manage various insurance claim matters for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and guide clients on new losses, ensuring appropriate steps are taken to mitigate damage
  • File claims under the correct policies and communicate preliminary coverage opinions to clients
  • Advocate for clients throughout the claims process, maintaining an active diary and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Valid P&C Brokers' license is required
  • 3 - 5+ years of multi-line claims handling experience, preferably in brokerage
  • Advanced knowledge of Property & Casualty coverage
  • College degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
