Job Summary

Providing exceptional claims service remotely, the full-time Lead Claims Advocate will manage client claims throughout the process, ensuring compliance with policy terms and maintaining accurate documentation while advocating on behalf of clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and guide clients through the claims process, ensuring appropriate steps are taken to mitigate damages
  • Review claim circumstances, communicate coverage opinions, and maintain accurate claim files
  • Field client inquiries and act as a mediator with the carrier, providing interim and final settlement information
Required qualifications
  • 7 to 10 years of hands-on multi-line claims handling experience, preferably in brokerage
  • Advanced knowledge of Property & Casualty coverage and multi-line coverage applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Ability to provide superior customer service
  • Valid P&C Broker or Adjuster's license
