P&C Licensed Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager- Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional service
• Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners and assist with underwriting information
• Maintain strong carrier relationships and ensure successful account renewals through proactive service

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License required
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus
• Must possess an active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H)
