Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager- Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service
  • Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners and assist with underwriting information
  • Ensure successful renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and maintain accurate records in the AMS360 system
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Active P&C Insurance License required
  • Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus
  • Must have an active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H)
