Job Summary
Serving as the primary relationship manager for a diverse portfolio of Commercial Lines and Agriculture insurance clients, the full-time Client Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and ensure tailored insurance solutions that protect clients' businesses remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex, high-revenue accounts across Property & Casualty, focusing on renewals, coverage negotiations, and claims advocacy
- Develop and implement comprehensive account service strategies tailored to each client's industry and risk profile
- Lead internal servicing teams and mentor junior account management staff to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of insurance account management experience, particularly in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
- Strong knowledge of insurance markets, risk management strategies, and advanced policy structures
- Experience with Agriculture, Farm & Ranch, or Agribusiness insurance programs preferred
- Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenses required; advanced certifications (e.g., CIC, CRM, CPCU) strongly preferred
- Proficient in AMS360 and other relevant tools and platforms
