Job Summary
Leading a team of Client Service Specialists, the full-time P&C Licensed Client Service Lead will manage client service delivery, oversee account onboarding, and ensure high client retention rates while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise team members, promoting performance and knowledge sharing
- Ensure the professional handling of client programs, including placement and marketing
- Maintain a client retention rate of 95% or higher while meeting all client deadlines
Required qualifications:
- P&C licensed
- 5-7 years of relevant working experience in a Surety environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organization abilities
- Experience in Epic & Tinubu preferred
