Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Manager for Select Commercial P&C.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal book of business, ensuring retention and identifying growth opportunities
• Lead and mentor a team, promoting a performance-based culture and tracking key performance indicators
• Enforce operational procedures and collaborate with partners to ensure compliance and profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, operations, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty with a strong client service history
• P&C broker's license required
• Proven experience in mentoring or coaching team members
• Experience in implementing process improvements is preferred
