Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Team Leader for the Southeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to Commercial Account Managers, assigning daily tasks and setting expectations
• Assist in new business and renewal workflows, including client research and preparing accurate submissions
• Build client loyalty through positive relationships and high levels of service

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 5+ years of commercial lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
• 2+ years recent experience using AMS360
• An active P&C license
