Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to inbound calls, online chats, and emails regarding policy coverage and claims
• Builds rapport with policyholders by addressing requests and inquiries effectively
• Helps policyholders understand their coverage and assists with policy changes as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in insurance claims processing or customer support
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to submit to a background investigation as part of the onboarding process
