Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative, P&C licensed ONLY.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively seek solutions within compliance and legal requirements
- Communicate with customers via multiple channels while navigating various systems and platforms
- Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and interact with customers to resolve issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Producer/Agent Property and Casualty license required, with the licensing exam to be obtained within a designated timeframe
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
- Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools preferred
