Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative, P&C licensed ONLY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively seek solutions within compliance and legal requirements
  • Communicate with customers via multiple channels while navigating various systems and platforms
  • Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and interact with customers to resolve issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Producer/Agent Property and Casualty license required, with the licensing exam to be obtained within a designated timeframe
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
  • Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools preferred
