Job Summary

To support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs, the full-time P&C Licensed Customer Care Representative will deliver exceptional service remotely, answering questions about coverage, rates, and billing while navigating multiple systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters, resolving moderately complex issues regarding policy provisions
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email while documenting interactions thoroughly in the system
  • Partner with various departments to address customer needs and escalate unresolved issues for further resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Active Producer/Agent Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is preferred
