Job Summary
To support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs, the full-time P&C Licensed Customer Care Representative will deliver exceptional service remotely, answering questions about coverage, rates, and billing while navigating multiple systems.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters, resolving moderately complex issues regarding policy provisions
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email while documenting interactions thoroughly in the system
- Partner with various departments to address customer needs and escalate unresolved issues for further resolution
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Active Producer/Agent Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is preferred
