Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Lines customer service representative team, the full-time P&C Licensed Customer Service Manager will set goals, mentor staff, and drive performance to achieve agency growth and sales targets while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the commercial lines account management team to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training and support to meet established goals
  • Collaborate with management to enhance marketing efforts and lead generation initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in P&C insurance management
  • Valid P&C license is required
  • Strong knowledge of P&C coverage, rules, and regulations
  • Proven leadership skills with a participative management style
  • Ability to assess team performance and provide motivational support effectively
