Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

- Property and Casualty license required, with the licensing exam to be completed within a specified timeframe
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
- Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
