Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Property and Casualty license required, with the licensing exam to be completed within a specified timeframe
• Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
• Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
