Job Summary
A company is looking for a P&C Licensed Insurance Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer care across multiple communication channels
- Process new customer enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks in accordance with company policies
- Educate customers on product offerings and assist them in purchasing additional coverage
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role with high customer interaction
- Experience with ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Kustomer)
- Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Administrative and computer skills
- Entrepreneurial interest and a passion for pets
