Job Summary

A company is looking for a P&C Licensed Insurance Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer care across multiple communication channels
  • Process new customer enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks in accordance with company policies
  • Educate customers on product offerings and assist them in purchasing additional coverage


Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer service role with high customer interaction
  • Experience with ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Kustomer)
  • Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Administrative and computer skills
  • Entrepreneurial interest and a passion for pets
