Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the Insurance and Compliance Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Insurance program, ensuring compliance with SLAs and managing complex claims processes
  • Collaborate with third-party insurance partners and cross-functional teams to enhance program effectiveness and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, claims management, or customer support
  • 3+ years in a people management role
  • P&C license in at least one state
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, claims lifecycle, and vendor management
  • Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making
