Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the P&C Licensed Insurance Operations Specialist will manage client relationships by improving agency workflows, driving adoption of the platform, and delivering training and enablement resources to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own usage and adoption outcomes for a portfolio of agency and brokerage clients
- Identify and diagnose workflow issues, designing interventions to improve client operations
- Deliver training sessions and create enablement materials to support client success
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an insurance agency, brokerage, or carrier environment
- Strong working knowledge of agency operations, including submissions and renewals
- Familiarity with agency management systems such as AMS360 or Applied Epic
- Demonstrated ability to implement process changes and improve tool adoption
- Proactive mindset with a capacity to operate in ambiguous situations
