P&C Licensed Management Liability Broker

Job Summary

Seeking a licensed P&C Management Liability Broker, this full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid model, or in-office, focusing on managing a book of business and supporting placements across Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability lines while negotiating with insurance carriers and developing client strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate broking around the renewal cycle in accordance with service model standards and timelines
• Support placement of Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability programs, developing go-to-market strategies for clients
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure competitive terms and pricing while analyzing coverage options for clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience
• P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Background as a generalist broker or experience across multiple lines of coverage
• Foundational knowledge of P&C coverages, with exposure to management liability, cyber, or professional liability preferred
