Job Summary

P&C Licensed Regional Leader, responsible for leading a team in the Mid-Atlantic region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to the Commercial & Personal Lines Team
• Assign daily tasks and set performance expectations for team members
• Assist in new business and renewal workflows, ensuring accurate policy processing and client support

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 5+ years of commercial & personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
• 2+ years recent experience using AMS360
• An active P&C license in New York, New Jersey, or Virginia
