Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time P&C Licensed Sales Manager will drive the performance of the Agency Sign-Up team, focusing on converting prospective agencies to active platform users while coaching team members and optimizing the sign-up process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sign-Up Specialists, setting performance expectations and providing feedback
- Own team conversion metrics, tracking performance and implementing coaching or process improvements
- Build a high-energy sales culture focused on urgency and delivering a strong first impression of the platform
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership, with at least 2 years managing a sales team
- Proven track record of owning conversion or pipeline metrics
- Strong coaching instincts with the ability to develop team members through specific feedback
- Analytical and data-driven, comfortable in a CRM and fluent in performance metrics
