P&C Licensed Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their Temporary Staffing Workers Compensation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Temporary Staffing Service's workers' comp book of business to meet yearly retention goals
• Deliver competitive renewal options and ensure accuracy in policy servicing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and carrier underwriters

Required Qualifications

• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within 120 days
• 4-7 years of workers compensation experience in an agency, carrier, or wholesaler setting
• Experience managing a book of business within underwriting guidelines
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work across teams and networks
• Agency management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
