P&C Licensed Senior Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time remote P&C Licensed Senior Analyst, the Brokerage Placement Senior Analyst will evaluate insurance submissions, negotiate coverage terms, and cultivate relationships with agents and carriers to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate insurance submissions for compliance with company guidelines and negotiate coverage terms
• Cultivate relationships with agents and carriers to promote business opportunities and achieve production goals
• Research market data to inform decision-making and provide consultative support to partners

Required qualifications

• P&C License and Surplus Lines License or L&H License required within 45 days
• Solid understanding of brokerage placement programs and underwriting regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to train and mentor less experienced associates
• Three to five years of related insurance experience preferred
