Job Summary
Managing a dedicated portfolio of clients, the full-time remote P&C Licensed Surety Account Manager will act as a Surety Agent, securing necessary coverage and developing strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance and efficient processing of bond submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and carrier inquiries, providing expert guidance and solutions
- Independently manage client relationships, bond cycles, and submissions to underwriters while maintaining accurate surety files
- Process bond renewals, generate invoices, and execute bonds under Power of Attorney
Required qualifications
- Current P&C license
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Surety Account Manager
- Solid knowledge of surety, bond types, and relevant regulations
- Familiarity with AMS360, Erlon, or ImageRight software is preferred
