P&C Licensed Surety Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surety Client Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs including bond requests and billing issues
• Communicate with underwriters regarding bond approvals and account statuses
• Gather information from prospective clients and assist in resolving accounting issues

Required Qualifications

• P&C licensed
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment
• Insurance-related and other professional designations are highly desirable
• Ability to learn and utilize EPIC
• Willingness to participate in surety industry events
