P&C Licensed Surety Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Producers and Account Executives in a full-time capacity, the P&C Licensed Surety Specialist will manage client needs, including bond requests and billing issues, while communicating with underwriters and assisting in account management initiatives in a team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs, including bond requests and billing issues
• Communicate with underwriters regarding account statuses and bond approvals
• Gather information from prospective clients and assist in resolving accounting and billing issues

Required qualifications

• P&C licensed with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment
• Insurance-related and other professional designations are highly desirable
• Ability to learn and utilize EPIC software
• Willingness to participate in surety industry events
• Strong decision-making capabilities and results-oriented mindset
