Job Summary
Supporting Producers and Account Executives, the full-time P&C Licensed Surety Specialist will manage client bond requests, billing issues, and account communications while working collaboratively in a small team environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client needs, including bond requests and billing issues
- Communicate with underwriters regarding account statuses and bond approvals
- Gather and analyze information from prospective clients to assist in bond reviews and proposals
Required qualifications:
- P&C licensed with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment
- Insurance-related and other professional designations are highly desirable
- Ability to learn and utilize EPIC software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to participate in surety industry events
