P&C Licensed Surety Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting Producers and Account Executives, the full-time Senior Surety Client Manager will manage day-to-day client needs related to bond requests and billing issues while communicating with underwriters and assisting in account management initiatives in a team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client bond requests, billing issues, and communicate with underwriters regarding account statuses
- Analyze and communicate periodic updates from clients to underwriters and assist in developing carrier submissions
- Attend client meetings and support the surety team with various tasks as needed
Required qualifications
- P&C licensed
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment
- Insurance-related and other professional designations are highly desirable
- Ability to learn and utilize EPIC
- Willingness to participate in surety industry events
