P&C Licensed Underwriting Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time P&C Licensed Underwriting Specialist, the candidate will manage inbound customer calls to address inquiries, assist with purchasing and retaining insurance products, and ensure a seamless customer experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and resolve product-related questions
• Document account information and provide tailored solutions that benefit both the customer and the company
• Identify sales opportunities during calls to promote company programs and achieve performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Active P&C license
• Experience with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• A minimum of 1 year of inbound call center experience
• Availability to work Monday-Wednesday starting at 7:00 AM PST and Thursday-Friday starting at 6:30 AM PST
• A college degree is preferred
