Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Business Regional Leader - Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Small Business Property & Casualty (P&C) strategy to drive growth
• Collaborate with regional leaders and executive management to enhance operational efficiency and promote alignment on initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and maintain strong external networks to identify emerging strategies in the insurance environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, operations, or a related field
• 10-15 years of related experience in P&C administration with a strong history of client service
• Experience leading and implementing new P&C processes with measurable performance goals
• P&C broker's license required
• Professional designations or certifications are preferred
