PC Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PC Support Technician to provide IT support for a centralized service desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve basic issues remotely via phone and email support, escalating more complex issues as needed
• Provide comprehensive support for efficient resolution of incidents and requests for end-users
• Document all required information into the ticketing system and maintain the in-house knowledgebase

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 35 WPM
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• Must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years
