PC Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PC Support Technician to provide IT support for a centralized service desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve basic issues remotely through phone and email support, escalating more complex issues as needed
• Document all required information in the ticketing system and maintain the knowledgebase
• Meet productivity expectations and maintain positive relationships with peers and leadership

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 35 WPM
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• Must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years
